I just read this refreshing idea. It's to take time to drink your tea or coffee outside. Especially in the morning. The article said that traditional Chinese Medicine holds that morning energy is the purest; getting outside helps to reenergize in a meaningful way. This makes you in touch with each season and your surrounding environment. I love drinking my tea in the warmer months outside but, in the cold months I just look out the bay window in my living room. It's a beautiful view of the woods and creek. What a super habit to get into to motivate you for the rest of the day. Maybe, if it gets above freezing I will drink my tea outside tomorrow and Chaco can play ball for a couple of minutes.
